SHIPPING POLICY
For all orders, we ship every Monday so that our shipments have an entire working week to get to their destination without the risk of getting held up in a warehouse. The only exceptions are USPS holidays and in the event we cannot access dry ice to ship beef.

The cost of shipping beef depends on geographic location and is sent "next-day", or "2nd-day" so shipping can be expensive! This is especially true for bulk order shipping. Each of our specialty boxes holds 20 lbs of beef. Please reach out to us if you plan on buying more than 20 lbs so we can work with you on shipping rates.

Shipping beef is calculated by a third-party shipping site based on location and includes the cost of the insulated liner, box, dry ice, the fastest shipping rate we can get. Box beef rates range from $40-120 for the continental US and $150-200 for Hawaii and Alaska. If you live in the state of Montana, contact us about in-state delivery!

All of our non-meat items incur a $7.95 shipping fee.

We recommend that you order as much as will fit in a box (20 lbs) and split an order with a neighbor or co-worker to reduce the cost!

We strive to get you your products as quickly as possible, but there can be unavoidable issues that cause a 1-2 day delay like dry ice availability or UPS/FedEx truck access to our ranch in the case of rough weather.
You will get an email with tracking once your order is on the truck.

Boxes ship with dry ice pellets, which sublimate within 12 hours to keep the meats frozen in transit. Our superior packaging and dry ice means meats can stay frozen for 48-92 hours if they hit any delays. Do not touch the dry ice if any is left when you receive your package, it will burn you. More than likely the dry ice will be evaporated by time your beef arrives leaving only the bag.
Due to the nature of our shop, if you have a mixed cart (meaning both beef and non-beef items) you will be charged a combination of the $7.95 + location-based fee.
We are a small operation and we appreciate your understanding of our policies.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a strict no returns and no refunds policy due to the perishable nature of our products which can not easily be shipped back and forth and we can not accept perishable products back for resale. If you need to return a non-perishable item such as a shirt or hat, we will exchange for a different size if the customer pays shipping to send the original back to us. This does NOT apply for any of our meats - all meats are NO returns or refunds, no exceptions.
