Angus Quarter Beef
On average a quarter beef will be 120 lbs of packaged meat (ave. $8.25/lb for Angus, ~40% lower than market price). We say on average because each animal differs slightly in size, but by ordering in bulk you are going to get all of the best cuts possible.
For a quarter beef, we recommend having 5 cubic feet of freezer space available (it should fit in the freezer of a fridge/freezer combo).
The cuts usually consist of 20-25% Steaks, 25-35% Roasts, Stew Meat & Short Ribs, and 40-50% Ground Beef, Patties or Ground Chuck. That means you can get premium cuts such as Filet Mignon and New York Strip for as low as $8.25/lb (over 55% lower than market price).
Offal (heart, liver, tongue, and oxtail) are included in your order unless you tell us not to include it.
We will call and email you after your order is placed to confirm.
We cannot customize the cuts you receive on a quarter beef.
